Cette première version de la lignée des 190 inaugure la prise en charge d'OpenGL 3.1* ainsi que de la prochaine version de CUDA 2.3, qui exploite désormais les multiples cartes d'une configuration SLI sans aucune restriction. Ils sont disponibles pour Windows XP, Vista et 7, en 32 et 64 bits ainsi que pour toutes les cartes GeForce 6 (qui je le rappelle, sont sorties en 2004 !), 7, 8, 9 et 200, les G210 et GT 220, ainsi que l' « Ion LE », qui est censé être une version économique de la puce Ion. C'est par ici que ça se passe.

* Adds a new user-controlled power management setting for select GeForce 9-series and later graphics cards (cards must already support more than one power state). This option allows users to set a performance level for each DirectX or OpenGL application.
