Annoncé le mois dernier, le patch 1.27 pour Killzone 2 vient tout juste de sortir sur le PlayStation Network. En plus de corriger quelques bugs dans certaines cartes multijoueur, ce patch devrait améliore l'aspect communautaire du jeu en ligne en facilitant la recherche d'amis et l'équilibrage des factions. L'invulnérabilité temporaire dont bénéficiaient les joueurs à chaque respawn sera par ailleurs de l'histoire ancienne. Chose étonnante quand on sait à quelle point la mesure favorise le spawn camp.
Le jeu va aussi se doter d'un mode « haute précision » — optionnel — permettant de rendre les sticks analogiques plus sensibles.
